Ball Balance
Ball balancing is a large part of the FreeForm culture. It is very important to understand the power of accessing our personal balance. When we can stand on a ball independently our Sense of Self automatically increases, as does our survival mind. Our senses start to become more active and our nervous system and muscle receptors are stimulated.
Once we access this level of balance we keep challenging ourselves with more complex balances that become almost circus like. The continuous challenging of our balancing skills gives us extraordinary insights and life skills.
